Our client, whose premises comprised of a historic public museum and adjoining multi-storey office headquarters located in London, appointed us to carry out a holistic security review comprising using a Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) and a Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA). This review focused on three main areas:
1.Visitor, reception and security arrangements
2.Operational staffing structure for the security team
3.Security Control Room study
Our report made a number of operational, technical and physical security recommendations as well as providing advice and guidance on both infrastructure and organisational arrangements. The project was completed in July 2016 and has led on to further consultancy engagements including, a full technical review of the building’s security systems and a museum security assessment.
