We were appointed by our client, one of the world’s leading management consulting and professional services companies, to design the security for a number of their offices throughout the globe.
For the Basel project we used 2D CAD to create a detailed security system design which encompassed an Automated Access Control System (AACS), high resolution Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system and Voice Communication (VCOM) system.
In addition to aligning with regional best practices and building operation guidelines we ensured that the proposed design intent was conversant with the requirements and stipulations outlined within the client’s global security design standards. In parallel our in-house engineers liaised closely with the appointed Security Integrator to ensure that all components identified in the design scope of works and bid documentation, were implemented during the engineering phase. QCIC engineers were responsible for the full configuration of security systems, programming the hardware leveraging our in house automation software, commissioning and witness testing the functionality of the upgraded security infrastructure.
Prior to handover we worked in close correlation with the key client stakeholders to ensure that the newly installed system was seamlessly integrated into their regional control servers.
Our extensive research and comprehensive off-site supervision allowed the system to be installed on time and within the designated budget.
