Risk assessment for a potential new premises in Manchester
We were appointed to conduct an independent risk assessment and security review for an international professional services firm who were considering new premises in Manchester. The assessment would provide the client with more information about their selected new premises before deciding whether to enter into a lease arrangement.
In order to assist the company’s real estate team in their lease negotiations, we conducted a comprehensive review which considered both internal and external factors and suggested the mitigation measures that would address those risks. Presented in an easy to understand format, this review allowed the client to factor additional security costs into their lease negotiations and make an informed decision about what additional security measures would be required.
