King’s Cross Development: Multi-functional retail and commercial building
The King’s Cross S2 is a multi-functional building designed by Mossessian Architecture to house Google’s HQ and is part of the King’s Cross transformation project.
The building was designed to meet an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) standard, to which we aligned our security design strategy. Drawing on our extensive experience, we designed a security provision suitable for a high profile tenant that kept key security measures unobtrusive, yet comprehensive, in all areas of the development. We also created a strategy for the building’s Automated Access Control System (AACS), CCTV camera placement, and voice communication (VCOM) system.
