King’s Cross development: High-end residential development
Fenman House, part of the King’s Cross transformation project, is a residential building containing 75 apartments. We were appointed by Kings Cross Central Limited Partnership to design security befitting of the building’s high-end architecture .
Architectural studio Maccreanor Lavington designed Fenman House to be both functional and attractive. By working in coordination with the architects and interior designers, and by following Secured by Design guidelines, we were able to ensure that all proposed security measures were in keeping with the building’s aesthetic and did not detract from it.
We provided options for Automated Access Control Systems (AACS), CCTV and voice communication (VCOM) that complemented the overall look of the project, and also designed a residential video intercom system which was deployed throughout.
