Security design to meet BREEAM standards
Aviva Investors Property Trust are a global asset management company based in the heart of London. Aviva Investors acquired 21 New Street because of its rental and capital growth potential due to the expansion of Crossrail to Liverpool Street station, located nearby.
We were appointed to conduct a Security Needs Assessment of the building, as well as ensuring that the building met BREEAM environmental standards. We then made recommendations based on our findings, which included Automated Access Control Systems (AACS), CCTV Design, and Intercom Design.
