Policy review and risk and vulnerability assessment
Our client, a multinational professional services firm, is one of the 'big four' accounting firms. Their new headquarters, located on central London’s south bank, required its internal policies and procedures to be reviewed, as well as a building risk and vulnerability assessment to be undertaken to support investment decisions.
This review was made up of three components: a document review, physical survey, and a series of stakeholder interviews. From this review we produced a report that provided our client with an insight into non-compliance and which highlighted security risks we had identified, particularly insider threats. Our report was used to support business case development to secure finds for mitigation and improvement measure that were required.
