Our client, an international financial services firm, appointed QCIC as its preferred partner to administer system functions for the enterprise-wide security system. Our security operation administrators continue to offer 24/7 coverage for the client’s security applications.
QCIC’s Global System Administration Support team provides support and technical assistance to both the end-users and operators of the access control system as well as to system integrators and other IT professionals globally to ensure that a high level of stability is sustained for the client.
Our team is instrumental in the planning and execution of system upgrades or patches, as well as performing system checks when other maintenance tasks are completed on the client’s infrastructure and network.
These services include small installations, access control, daily system health checks, liaising with internal IT teams to ensure the rollout of Windows patching.
In 2017 the team completed a full C.CURE 9000 migration from their original hosted data centres, to a new head end server designed by QCIC. We repointed all the existing hardware to the new system with minimal distribution for the client.
We provided complete security design and risk management services and continue to supply Global System Administration Support via our strategically positioned global hubs and our 365/24/7 ”Follow the Sun” support model. Our client’s end-users, operators, integrators and IT professionals therefore have continuous access to dedicated QCIC technical experts spread across the globe.
