The Global System Administration Support team provides support and technical assistance to both the end-users and operators of the access control and CCTV systems, as well as system integrators and other IT professionals globally to ensure a high level of stability is sustained for the client.
The team is instrumental in the planning and execution of system upgrades or patches, as well as performing system checks when other maintenance tasks are completed on the client’s infrastructure and network.
These services include small installations, daily system health checks, liaising with internal IT teams to ensure the rollout of windows patching.
In 2018 the team completed a full CCURE 9000 migration of two regional CCURE 9000 installations from their original hosted data centres, to new geographic data centres.
QCIC repointed all the existing hardware to the new systems with minimal distribution for the client. These migrations were completed over a weekend and were fully operational before staff re-entered the client’s offices on the Monday morning.
