Our client, an international lifestyle hotel group, contracted QCIC to supply a Security Needs Assessment for a mixed residential project directly behind the Grade II listed Chalk Farm Station, on a site currently occupied by a six-storey car garage completed in 1939. The site is bound by Haverstock Hill, Adelaide Road, Chalk Farm Underground Station and Eton Place communal gardens. The Haverstock Hill redevelopment comprises a mixed-use seven-storey hotel and a residential scheme that includes social housing.

After identifying and evaluating all the site-specific security needs, our team provided a set of recommendations for effective, appropriate, and proportionate risk mitigation measures.
Applying our methodology, coupled with sound principles, QCIC minimized project risks by identifying and recommending mitigating measures early in the design process.
