1 More London Place, located on central London’s south bank between London and Tower bridges, provides 376 737 sq ft (35 000m2) of office space over 10 storeys. Built on a site that was undeveloped for decades, the project forms a key element in Southwark’s regeneration.
Our client, a multinational professional services firm, is one of the “big four” accounting firms. Their new headquarters required its internal policies and procedures to be reviewed, as well as a building risk-and-vulnerability assessment to be undertaken to support investment decisions.
This review was made up of three components: a document review, physical survey, and a series of stakeholder interviews. From this review, QCIC produced a report that provided our client with an insight into non-compliance and highlighted security risks we had identified, particularly insider threats.
Our report was used to support business-case development to secure funds for mitigation and the improvement measures that were required.
