Your Personal Security Manager (PSM) provides a similar level of service to that of your private bank or wealth manager. Zenith can be your one point of contact, providing an umbrella over the QCIC services; professionally dealing with any combination of security issues, third party security contractors, business and family.
At the start of the relationship, we gain an understanding of your assets and risk profile. We independently guide you through the wide spectrum of security products that are available and their criteria, always in the context of a credible, discreet and bespoke service.
As our clients' security needs are ever changing we ensure the relationship continues by constantly monitoring the services that we recommend, using methods like social engineering, due diligence, and information monitoring.
Even with the foresight and planning that we promote, through experience and maturity we understand that additional support may be required, so we provide each of our clients with a Zenith Card. This smart card contains an individual emergency contact number which is monitored 24 hours a day, with the additional reassurance of the personal contact details of your PSM.
